The unit's development work has a clear focus on health-promoting and preventive child and student well-being work, and we strive for interprofessionalism in the teams.\n\nWe are now seeking a school counselor for our team\u2014we warmly welcome your application!\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB DUTIES\nYour duties as a school counselor in our central child and student well-being will involve contributing psychosocial expertise to the interprofessional student well-being work in the units where you are part of the student well-being team. You work on behalf of the principal based on applicable school legislation in collaboration with other school staff, students, and guardians. As a counselor, you collaborate with other student well-being professionals in daily work to create conditions for students' joy of learning and opportunities to succeed.\n\nYou contribute with interventions in social and psychosocial work at individual, group, and organizational levels. Your duties include, for example, conversations, supervision, and consultation with individual educators and work teams. You collaborate with authorities such as social services and child psychiatric services, and work together with other student well-being professionals to ensure that students in need of special support have their needs comprehensively mapped and assessed. As a counselor, you particularly contribute to ensuring that students who need special support for their social and emotional development receive adequate interventions within the school.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are seeking someone who has:\n\n\u2022 A degree in social work (socionom)\n\u2022 Experience working as a school counselor or other experience working with children and youth, and knowledge of current policy documents and legislation\n\u2022 Good digital skills and experience working in documentation systems\n\u2022 Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written\n\nYou can work independently, have good ability to collaborate, and have strong commitment to working in a health-promoting and preventive manner at the organizational, group, and individual levels. You also have a strong interest in children's and students' learning, recognize the importance of collaboration with all school staff, and find joy in working in a multiprofessional team.\n\nYou work long-term to build sustainable relationships between students and adults to promote students' social development. You work to strengthen students' sense of security and motivation. Du arbetar p\u00e5 uppdrag av rektor utifr\u00e5n g\u00e4llande skollagstiftning i samverkan med \u00f6vrig skolpersonal, elever och v\u00e5rdnadshavare. Du samverkar med myndigheter s\u00e5 som till exempel socialtj\u00e4nst och BUP och medverkar tillsammans med elevh\u00e4lsans \u00f6vriga professioner till att elever i behov av s\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6d f\u00e5r sina behov allsidigt kartlagda och bed\u00f6mda och d\u00e4r du som kurator s\u00e4rskilt bidrar till att elever som \u00e4r i behov av s\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6d f\u00f6r sin sociala och emotionella utveckling f\u00e5r adekvata insatser inom skolan.\r\n\r\nKVALIFIKATIONER\r\nVi s\u00f6ker dig som har:\n\n\t\u2022 Socionomexamen\n\t\u2022 Erfarenhet av arbete som skolkurator eller annan erfarenhet av arbete med barn och ungdomar samt har kunskaper i aktuella styrdokument och lagstiftning\n\t\u2022 God digital kompetens och \u00e4r van att arbeta i dokumentationssystem\n\t\u2022 Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift\n\nDu kan arbeta sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt, har god f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att samarbeta och som har ett stort engagemang f\u00f6r att arbeta fr\u00e4mjande och f\u00f6rebyggande p\u00e5 organisations, grupp- och individniv\u00e5.
