The school offers a varied outdoor environment that enables play and movement.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nAs a school counselor with us, you have a meaningful assignment to contribute with psychosocial expertise to the school's student health team (EHT). Together with other school staff, you work to create the best possible conditions for learning by promoting health and prevention for a good learning and living environment.\n\nIn your role you will:\n\n- Actively participate in the school's student health team, contribute with psychosocial expertise, and provide consultation in student matters.\n\n- Plan and implement preventive measures, both school-wide and in individual classes, through assessments, investigations, and group-strengthening activities.\n\n- Meet with students and guardians through motivational and supportive conversations.\n\n- Drive the school's values-based work for equal treatment and actively work against harassment.\n\n- Participate in establishing and revising the school's steering documents, such as anti-harassment plans and crisis plans.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and has the ability to build professional relationships with students and guardians.
