As a counselor with us, you contribute a psychosocial perspective to student health work. According to school law, the work is primarily health-promoting and preventive, but also includes significant intervention responsibilities.\n\nYou work independently with your own planning, but you are also a key player in our interdisciplinary student health team. You collaborate with the school's other counselor, who works 80% at the school.\n\nYour main responsibilities include:\n\n\u2022 Investigation and follow-up: You have particular responsibility for leading investigations and follow-ups in efforts to increase attendance and in cases of reported harassment.\n\u2022 Safety work: You lead and structure the school's Safety Team and participate in staff meetings.
