Student development toward goals is at the center, where the school psychologist helps create conditions for increased learning, greater security, and improved health.\n\nThe school psychologist is available to provide advice, support, consultation, and supervision to both teachers and principals, as well as to develop student health work at the organizational level. This could include, for example, problematic school absenteeism, behavior problems, and adaptations based on students' different circumstances. The school psychologist's mission also includes investigating students' right to admission to adapted primary school\/adapted upper secondary school.\n\nAs a school psychologist, you will have an important role within the Central Student Health Services and in the municipality's primary schools and upper secondary school.
