Two distinguishing features of the school are the use of digital tools and outdoor pedagogy.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a school nurse with us, you are a key person in the school's student health work, where you work together with school management and the student health team to create the best possible conditions for students' health, development, and learning.\nYour role is highly health-promoting and preventive, where you have the opportunity to work both independently and in close collaboration with other professionals. The work is based on the municipality's basic program and is governed by the Health and Medical Care Act, the Education Act, and Guidance for Student Health.\nIn your assignment, you meet students in various settings \u2013 through health visits, health conversations, vaccinations, and in open clinics. You also collaborate with the school physician and are an important part of the school's daily work with safety, well-being, and early interventions. Contact with guardians, school staff, and external actors is a natural part of your work.\nAs a school nurse in Sollentuna Municipality, you are employed at the school with the principal as your immediate supervisor. The principal leads the student health work at the school. At the same time, you have close support from the operations manager for medical student health services (EMI), who is responsible for medical guidelines, quality, and development.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with a specialist nursing degree in pediatrics and adolescents, a district nurse, or with education in a school nursing program.
