As a care attendant on the Mobile Care Team, you will have varied and developmental work where you meet patients both in acute situations and in planned care interventions at home.\nYour work includes, among other things:\n- acute interventions and planned psychiatric home care\n- support and activity visits\n- supportive conversations\n- telephone counseling\n- collaboration with patients, family members, and other care providers\n- observing changes in the patient's condition and needs\n- documentation and reporting\n- contributing to safe and secure psychiatric care.\nAll home visits are conducted together with a colleague, which creates security for both the patient and the employee. At the same time, you as a care attendant need to be confident in your professional role, take your own initiative, and contribute your observations and expertise to the team.\nYou will work together with knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues and have easy access to support and consultation. What's most important is that you are interested in psychiatric care and want to develop in the role.
