The eating disorder team is responsible for treating adults with eating disorder diagnoses. The clinic also has a regional team, a team with a regional mandate to provide day care for adults with eating disorder diagnoses.\nThe eating disorder team consists of nurses, dietician, social worker, psychologist, psychotherapists, and physicians. You work with therapeutic, supportive, and psychoeducational conversations and can also meet new patients during referral visits.\nYou are responsible for motivating, supporting, and assessing the patient and their needs, as well as coordinating interventions around this. You participate in treatment conferences and method development together with your colleagues in the team. The team has regular shared case supervision.\nPart of the position is linked to our regional day care. As a treatment provider in day care, you conduct group treatment and eating practice for adults with eating disorder diagnoses. You may also have assignments as a contact person and then conduct individual support conversations.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for you who have a genuine interest in treatment work for people with eating disorder diagnoses and are trained as a nurse and\/or nursing assistant. You have several years of work experience in the profession and experience with outpatient work. It is desirable that you have previous experience and training within eating disorder care and\/or psychiatry as well as experience with teamwork. Basic psychotherapy training (level 1) in CBT is meritorious, as is training in CBT-E.\nSince you will be communicating with patients, relatives, and colleagues, it is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. The work places great demands on personal maturity and flexibility.\nAs a person, you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team with other professions.
