Since 2006, we have specialized in support and care for people with dual diagnoses (comorbidities).\nWe work with contact persons (KP). As a contact person, you are responsible for planning and follow-up of residents' services based on an implementation plan.\nDaily planning is conducted for activities of daily living, activities, transportation, and motivational conversations.\nIn treatment work, we primarily apply the MI method. The conversation method aims to promote motivation and behavioral change.\nWe place great emphasis on respectful treatment and use the Low-Arousal Approach, which is based on a humanistic view of people. Samtalsmetodens syfte \u00e4r att fr\u00e4mja motivation och beteendef\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar.\nVi l\u00e4gger mycket stor vikt vid att ha ett respektfullt bem\u00f6tande och anv\u00e4nder oss av metoden L\u00e5gaffektivt bem\u00f6tande som tar sin utg\u00e5ngspunkt i en humanistisk m\u00e4nniskosyn.
