Care periods are relatively long because patients have complex issues, and the work is systematic, varied, and stimulating. On Unit 7, patients are further along in the care process, meaning they are in a rehabilitation or discharge phase, and part of the rehabilitation takes place outside the unit. Collaboration with other actors in the care chain is a significant part of our operation. Care is person-centered with the patient in focus, and as a nurse, you are the team member who primarily works with psychiatric nursing care in the patient's treatment and care. You work together with a registered nurse, physician, psychologist, occupational therapist, and social worker. You also need to be able to work independently, be flexible, and have the ability to identify and articulate the specific needs within your area for each individual patient. The tasks are varied, and as a nurse, you work both individually and in group activities with patients. You are also expected to contribute to the operation's development and take responsibility for improving the aspects of care you are responsible for.\nQualifications\nWe welcome those who are trained nurses according to the old program structure or are trained nursing assistants within the current program structure.
