This provides both freedom in your own clinical work and access to collegial discussion, supervision, and medical expertise.\n\nAbout the Position\n\nIn this role, you will work with neuropsychiatric evaluations and psychological treatment, primarily with adult patients. You will frequently encounter complex cases where NPD intersects with psychiatric issues, life situation, relationships, work, studies, stress, sleep, and physical factors.\n\nPart of the position involves contributing to our continued development in the areas of mental health and hormonal health. For example, this could involve deepening understanding of how well-being, concentration, emotional regulation, functional level, and recovery are affected by hormonal changes in different life phases.\n\nYou do not need to be an expert from the start. However, you need to be interested in learning, staying current with the knowledge base, and contributing to an approach that considers the whole patient situation.\n\nThe work may include:\n- Neuropsychiatric evaluations of adults\n- Psychological treatment and support conversations\n- Assessments and treatment planning\n- Diagnostic determinations\n- Report writing and psychoeducational elements\n- Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and psychology colleagues\n- Development work in NPD, mental health, and hormonal health\n\nWho We Are Looking For\n\nWe are looking for someone with Swedish psychology licensure and solid clinical experience. You are confident in the psychology role, accustomed to making independent assessments, and have a good ability to handle complex clinical cases with both structure and judgment.\n\nYou have an interest in NPD, psychiatry, and psychological treatment work. You enjoy discussing diagnostics, function, and interventions, express yourself well in speech and writing, and thrive in collaboration with other professions.\n\nExperience with neuropsychiatric evaluations, adult psychiatry, psychological treatment, or psychiatric comorbidity is a merit.
