We are now looking for a business-driven SME sales representative in Dalarna who owns the entire business \u2013 from prospecting to closed deals and long-term customer development. Together with the customer, you develop their security solutions and ensure the right solution over time.\nIn this role, you act as an architect for all of our solutions, which provides variety, development, and significant business opportunities. You create comprehensive solutions that can consist of everything from access control, alarm and camera solutions, parking surveillance and fire services to personnel security \u2013 or individual products when that creates the best customer value. A natural part of the role is also collaborating with our operations organization to ensure clear deals and reliable deliveries.\nThe role involves high personal activity and responsibility for achieving sales targets. We offer a fixed base salary and a clear commission model, where your performance affects your compensation. You will become part of an experienced sales team and work with a strong brand and solid technical support.\nPlacement: Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for customers and sales in Dalarna. Given that we work with complex sales where we invest significant effort in each customer, we envision you having an experienced and confident presence as our representative.\nYou will have a company car, which is why a Category B driver's license is a requirement.
