We're looking for a colleague who will become part of our team and develop our brands long-term.\n\n\nWhat will your responsibilities include?\no\tComplete management of company profiles on Instagram and Facebook.\no\tDevelopment of content strategy and communication plan.\no\tPreparation and publication of posts, Stories, and Reels.\no\tShooting and editing short videos for social media.\no\tPlanning, setting up, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads.\no\tBuilding brand awareness and increasing engagement.\no\tEvaluating campaign results and proposing further optimization.\no\tComing up with new ideas and monitoring trends on social media.\n\n\nWhat do we expect from you?\no\tProven experience managing company profiles on Instagram and Facebook.\no\tPerfect knowledge of the social media environment and current trends.\no\tPractical experience with Meta Ads.\no\tAbility to prepare a long-term communication plan.\no\tExperience creating photos, videos, Reels, and Stories.\no\tIndependence, creativity, and attention to detail.\no\tWillingness to work in-person in Karlovy Vary.\no\tDesire to take responsibility for developing our social media presence.\n\n\nWhat is required for the selection process?\nAlong with your CV, please send us:\no\tPortfolio of your previous work,\no\tExamples of social media profiles you've managed,\no\tReferences from clients or employers (if available).\n\nWithout a portfolio, we will not be able to include your application in the selection process.
