We invite you to work as a SOCIAL CARE WORKER at the \"Valka\" branch!\n\nRequirements for candidates:\n\nSocial care worker qualification, short-cycle higher education in social care or second-cycle higher education in social work or charitable social work, if also obtained short-cycle professional higher education and fifth-level professional qualification in social care or first-cycle higher education in social work or charitable social work and social worker qualification, if during studies or professional development education a part of the study program related to social care has been completed in the amount of at least four credit points or 160 hours.\n\nDesirable professional experience working with people with mental disorders.\n\nKnowledge of regulatory acts related to the performance of job duties.\n\nResponsibility, accuracy and honesty, ability to be client-oriented.\nUnderstanding of the duties of a social care worker.\nValid electronic signature.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nProvide social care services to the branch's clients.\n\nHelp clients improve existing and acquire new social skills.\n\nInform and educate clients on matters related to their obligations and rights, as well as on the procedure for receiving social services.\n\nEnsure, no less than once a year, assessment of clients' functional status and, in cooperation with social work specialists, develop individual social care or social rehabilitation plans, according to clients' social care or social rehabilitation needs.\n\nEnsure transparent information reflection in client files about the progress of the social care process and make entries in client files about the progress of the social rehabilitation plan at least 1x per week.\n\nImplement clients' individual social care or social rehabilitation plans, modify and supplement them in accordance with changes in the client's life situation.\n\nHelp clients adapt to the social and physical environment, promote integration into society.\n\nAssess clients' personality, self-care abilities, physical and mental health status. Monitor changes in the mental state, behavior and health status of clients in care.
