Take the chance to contribute to this change.\nThe Unit for Preventive and Early Support is tasked with working preventively with interventions that counteract the emergence of social problems and contribute to equal living conditions for children, by strengthening protective factors and reducing risk factors in parenting. Our work often takes place across sectors, as knowledge and expertise from different professions increase the quality and accuracy of our work. The unit consists of six sections and works across all of Malm\u00f6, with a focus on children, young people and their families.\nWe are now looking for a parenting advisor to be placed in section 1, whose activities are directed at the youngest Malm\u00f6 residents and their parents. You will be part of a team with other parenting advisors who collaborate with child health centers (BVC) throughout Malm\u00f6.\nAs a parenting advisor you will:\nWork collaboratively, in a consulting and advisory capacity on matters concerning parenting and the needs of small children (0\u20136 years), primarily within the framework of the expanded home visit program V\u00e4xa tryggt that we implement in collaboration with BVC.\nSupport parents through both individual conversations and group activities.\nFacilitate parenting courses.\n\nEvening and some weekend shifts occur.\nWe do genuine social work where accessibility, flexibility and togetherness are our guiding principles. We keep the child perspective at the forefront!\nQualifications\nRequirements for the position:\nDegree in social work or equivalent education.\nExperience with psychosocial change work.\nStrong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.\n\nMeritorious experience:\nExperience in preventive social work with children aged 0-6 years and their parents.\nExperience in close collaboration with other organizations and\/or cross-professional work.\nExperience in driving collaboration processes between municipality and region.\nTraining in and experience with facilitating parenting courses based on manual-based programs.\n\nTo thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you easily build good relationships and are a team player with pronounced collaborative skills.
