As part of our team, you contribute with security and continuity during regular staff absences. Work based on individual implementation plans. Take responsibility for documentation, planning, and follow-up of interventions. Handle acute situations and make appropriate assessments while also collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to create a safe and structured environment.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for you who have:\nOngoing or completed higher education in social work, social pedagogy, or other behavioral science education deemed equivalent.\nGood ability to collaborate and work independently.\nConfidence in meeting people in crisis and handling challenging situations in a calm and respectful manner.\nA non-confrontational and professional approach.\nExperience working in social support, substance abuse care, or psychiatry is a merit.
