In this role, you will work in a promoting and preventive manner with psychosocial support, relationship building, and motivation work in everyday life, for persons with harmful use and addiction issues and their relatives.\nIn this role, you will become part of a strong and multiprofessional team consisting of a unit manager, social workers, social pedagogues, budget and debt advisors, integration officers, and case workers. Daily work takes place in close collaboration. The group has a positive team spirit where we support each other. Together we create holistic solutions and a safe everyday life for our clients.\nWork Tasks\nProvide individual support and guidance\nLead group activities directed at persons with harmful use and addiction.\nProvide family support\nCollaborate internally and externally\nDocument interventions in accordance with operational procedures and prepare implementation plans and evaluations.\n\nQualifications\nDegree as social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, social worker, alcohol and drug therapist, or other equivalent education.\nClass B driver's license\nKnowledge of evidence-based methods and previous experience working with harmful use.
