The target group also includes individuals living in conflict-ridden or otherwise unsatisfactory home situations.\nTo ensure high quality, we maintain high staff density with personnel available 24\/7, including awake night shifts. Our setup makes it possible to adapt support entirely based on the individual's needs and the social services assignment. As a natural extension of the facility, we also offer a smaller supported housing unit. Those who are ready for the next step in independence can continue their development here with the opportunity to maintain their previous contact persons and staff. The support level in the supported housing is adapted to individual needs to create a safe transition to adulthood.\nAbout the Role of Social Pedagogue\nAs a social pedagogue in our facilities, you will be part of a cheerful and competent team passionate about making a difference for our placed young people.\nWe work entirely individually with residents and develop treatment plans that match their circumstances and goals. Every step of the treatment is carefully planned and continuously evaluated to ensure the best possible results.\nOur treatment model is based on evidence-based methods such as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy).
