The temporary position may be extended.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nDUTIES\nYour tasks as a social pedagogue are to provide support to adults who have mental health issues\/illness, sometimes in combination with substance abuse problems in their daily lives. Your main task is to support them towards greater independence and improved quality of life.\n\nYour tasks will include:\n\nSupport at home: Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and financial management.\n\nPedagogical support: Help provide structure in everyday life through planning, encouragement, and clarification.\n\nMotivational conversations: Conduct conversations to strengthen motivation and work with change processes, for example within the framework of MI (Motivational Interviewing).\n\nSocial training: Support in social situations and create meaningful leisure activities, both individually and in groups.\n\nContact person role: Be a contact person for one or more individuals, which includes following up on implementation plans, documenting, and collaborating with, for example, social services, health centers, and psychiatry.\n\nMedication management: After delegation, be responsible for providing support with medication and if necessary document this.\n\nCrisis and conflict management: Handle anxiety, worry, and conflict situations in a professional and calm manner, and work preventatively to create a safe environment.\n\nCollaboration: Work in a team with colleagues and cooperate with external actors such as healthcare, partners within social services, and relatives.\n\nDocumentation: Continuously document activities, observations, and incidents according to current procedures and legislation (SoL\/HSL).\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\nPost-secondary education as a social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, social worker, or equivalent education.\n\nA genuine commitment to social work.\n\nB-class driver's license.\n\nGood ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.\n\nIt is meritorious if you have:\n\nPrevious experience working at supported housing, HBV, or other social work.\n\nExperience working with harmful use and addiction.\n\nKnowledge of NPF and psychiatric diagnoses.\n\nSalary form: Monthly salary.\nType of employment: Fixed-term employment.\nDuration: Start date: 2026-10-01 Start as soon as possible or no later than October 1.
