We are looking for temporary workers for the Residential Unit. The unit consists of a supported housing facility, a group home, and a service housing facility for persons with mental health challenges, harmful substance use\/addiction, or comorbidity. Support may include authority and healthcare contact, supportive and motivational conversations, and other interventions in their homes. The role also includes medication management following approved delegation. We are also responsible for conducting outreach activities.\n\nYou and your colleagues work together to create a daily life for clients where influence and participation are central to everyday-based work. Strengthening the individual's own resources and opportunities for change are other key principles that permeate our work. In your role, you should be curious, unpretentious, take initiative, and start activities to achieve results.\n\nThe facilities are staffed 24\/7.\n\nWork hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired qualifications:\n\n\t\u2022 Educated social pedagogue or other education deemed equivalent\n\t\u2022 Experience in social work with adults with mental health challenges, harmful substance use\/addiction, or comorbidity\n\t\u2022 B-class driver's license\n\nTo succeed in this role, you are secure, stable, and have self-awareness.
