You receive and professionally treat residents, relatives, and others seeking information, guidance, or support within social services or care.\nThe role involves creating security and helping people find the right support at the right time. Based on the individual's situation, you guide them to possible measures within the Social Services Department's services. You meet people through personal visits, phone, email, and digital contact channels. The work includes both providing basic social advice directly as well as determining when the help a resident wants requires an application. You can both give advice and support directly as well as practically help people use the municipality's e-services and contact channels to register interest in relevant support measures.\nThe role requires that you can see the whole picture of an individual's situation while having good knowledge of the Social Services Department's various operations and measures.\nYou work closely with colleagues within social services, care, and elderly care, and collaborate with other actors to create an accessible and service-oriented entry point to the municipality's support measures.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for you who have higher education or other post-secondary education that the employer considers relevant, for example in social work, care and elderly care, behavioral science, public administration, or other education related to the job's field of work.\nYou have professional experience from social services, care and elderly care, municipal healthcare, disability support, or other operations where you have met people with different needs for support and help. You have the ability to meet people based on a low-affective approach and good conversation methodology.
