The unit is led by a unit manager supported by two team leaders and is divided into an intake group, an investigation group, a child secretary group, and a foster care secretary group. We also have an administrator who is part of the unit and provides support to the social secretaries in administrative work.\n\nWe are now seeking an employee for our investigation group.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nWORK DUTIES\nAs a social secretary in our investigation group, you will work together with your 8 colleagues to handle cases according to the Social Services Act and the Care of Young Persons Act concerning children and young people aged 0-21 years. Your duties include receiving reports of concern, applications, and conducting protection and preliminary assessments. The work involves investigating children's needs according to BBIC, assessing and deciding on interventions, as well as following up on approved interventions such as open care.\n\nYou will work closely with other social secretaries within the unit as well as with our open care services, and with external cooperation partners.\n\nYou will be supervised by a team leader and unit manager in your daily work. The workplace has well-functioning and established routines and structures. The unit continuously works on developing its own working methods and practices within the framework of the work.\n\nAll social secretaries in the group have been trained in the evidence-based risk assessment methods Earl and Savry. As a social secretary in the investigation group, you will also receive training in these methods. Ronneby Municipality participates in SKR's Career Journey in which all employees participate. We have made significant progress in our transition work based on the new Social Services Act with, for example, well-established SSI work and NPA (interventions without needs assessment) as well as increased accessibility for our citizens. Since 2025, social secretaries have the option of using speech recognition\/reading services for documentation to reduce administrative time.\n\nWe offer you external supervision, competence development, and wellness activities during work time or a wellness allowance. You will receive an individually adapted introduction based on your needs.\n\nAs our new colleague, you will have experienced and dedicated coworkers, community, and colleagues who support each other.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with a degree in social work and previous experience with investigation work concerning children and young people. You should have good knowledge of current legislation, the Social Services Act and the Care of Young Persons Act, as well as BBIC.\n\nAs a person, we see that you are secure, stable, and have good self-insight. In your work, you are relationship-building and enjoy collaboration both within your own work group and with other activities and authorities. I arbetsuppgifterna ing\u00e5r att ta emot orosanm\u00e4lningar, ans\u00f6kningar och att g\u00f6ra skydds- och f\u00f6rhandsbed\u00f6mningar. Arbetet inneb\u00e4r att du utreder barns behov enligt BBIC, bed\u00f6mer och beslutar om insatser samt \u00e4ven f\u00f6ljer upp beviljade insatser s\u00e5som \u00f6ppenv\u00e5rd.\n\nDu kommer att ha ett n\u00e4ra samarbete med \u00f6vriga socialsekreterare inom enheten samt med v\u00e5r \u00f6ppenv\u00e5rd men \u00e4ven med externa samarbetspartners.\n\nDu leds av teamledare och enhetschef i det dagliga arbetet. Det finns p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen v\u00e4lfungerande och upparbetade rutiner och strukturer.
