Our team includes a unit manager, two senior social secretaries, and 18 social secretaries with a shared focus on the best interests of the child.\n\nAs a social secretary, you will receive close support from a senior social secretary through regular check-ins, supervision, and guidance. It is important that those we meet feel that their perspectives, strengths, and own suggestions for solutions are valued and utilized. Collaboration with colleagues and external partners is an important part of the role.\n\nQualifications\n\nWe are seeking someone with a degree in social work. Experience with authority functions in child and youth services is a merit, but we also welcome those at the beginning of their careers.\n\nKnowledge and experience with BBIC and Signs of Safety are advantageous.\n\nTo thrive with us, you are reliable, responsible, and have strong collaboration skills.
