You investigate, assess, and make decisions \u2013 but you do it with the relationship, participation, and the child's best interest in focus. Together with the family and people important to the child, you work to find solutions that hold over time.\n\nSigns of Safety is an important foundation in our work and we see the network as a central resource in change work. Collaboration with schools, BUP, police, civil society, and other actors is therefore a natural part of everyday work.\n\nWith us, you never work alone when a case is complex. When the situation requires it, we have two case workers together, with close support from your team leader and manager.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n- investigate and assess children's and families' needs\n- make decisions and follow up on interventions according to SoL and LVU\n- actively work with children's participation and influence\n- use the network as a resource in change work\n- conduct motivation and change work together with children and families\n- collaborate with internal and external actors\n- work preventively and promotively from a holistic perspective\n- contribute to developing new working methods and future social services\n\nA Team Close to You When You Need It\nWe believe in close leadership, high trust, and clear working methods.\n\nThe operations are divided into three target groups: 0-6 years, 7-17 years, and young people up to 19 years, which provides opportunities for in-depth expertise and more target-group-adapted work.\n\nEach team has a team leader who is close to the operational work and provides support in everyday situations.
