Our operations are governed primarily by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Care Act, and we must implement interventions regulated by these laws. The assignment involves strong customer focus and service spirit.\n\nAt Individual and Family Care, administrative matters are handled within various areas of social services. The work includes investigations according to current legislation, where the child's best interests are always central. This means assessing needs, compiling decision-making materials, making decisions, and following up on interventions both in open care and placements in HVB, supported housing, or foster care. You will work with both short, acute processes and long-term processes where the need for security and support is longer-lasting.\n\nAs a social secretary with us, you meet children and young people, their families, and networks at different stages of life. You collaborate with schools, care providers, other authorities, and colleagues to find sustainable solutions.
