With us, you'll receive regular supervision both individually and in groups.\n\nWe are looking for someone who wants to contribute to our operations, where we maintain high quality in our work with children and families at the center!\n\nJob Responsibilities\nYour work will involve handling cases with support from the Social Services Act (SoL), the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU), and the Child Care in Extraordinary Circumstances Act (LBSB) for children and young people aged 0-21 years. You will work in close collaboration with the Resource Unit, which provides open care services within the city district. Case handling is conducted according to BBiC, and the operations are in an ongoing implementation of Signs of Safety. Case distribution follows a phase system.\n\nYou will join a workplace with structure and good access to close supervision from experienced senior social workers. We have a strong focus on making children and youth even more involved in their contact with us. In addition to regular case supervision with management, you will also receive external process supervision. We work to ensure everyone has the opportunity for professional development, as we believe that participation and responsibility help us develop our units together.\n\nUnderstanding the importance of providing newly hired social workers with the right conditions and a good start, our department has two introduction coordinators who will provide you with an individually tailored introduction.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with a degree in social work and several years of experience working with children and youth. Previous experience with government administration is an advantage.\n\nYou have a clear child perspective in your work and base your approach on children's rights. You should be familiar with current legislation\u2014SoL, LVU, and LBSB\u2014and have knowledge of BBIC. Experience working according to Signs of Safety is an advantage.\n\nYou have strong assessment and documentation skills and take responsibility for following up on ongoing interventions.\n\nA B-category driver's license is highly desirable for this position.\n\nAs a person, you are reliable and collaborative.
