To support this, we have, among other things, our newly established Stella reception and our cross-professional SUIT team that works with families where concerns are high and the risk of placement is significant.\nWhen reunification is not possible, we take responsibility for ensuring the child has a safe and stable upbringing. At the same time, we protect the child's relationships, identity, and sense of belonging.\nWe also know that secure foster homes are crucial for children's development. That's why we want to develop close and professional support for our foster families through supervision, follow-up, and opportunities for experience sharing.
