As a social secretary, you work with children, young people, and their families in need of support and protection, with the aim of finding sustainable solutions.\n\nYou conduct investigations according to the Social Services Act and the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act, as well as follow-up of granted services of a shorter nature. Investigations and follow-ups are conducted according to the Children's Needs in Focus method, based on applicable legislation and Ving\u00e5ker municipality's guidelines.\n\nThe team has close cooperation with the other teams in the unit.
