We work according to a 4-week rotating schedule and are on duty every other weekend. Working time includes both scheduled time and on-call time. Your workplace is in Vellinge with the possibility to work from home. There are always 2 people on duty\/on-call during emergency shifts. Other part-time work involves daytime work on-site.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nWORK TASKS\nAs a social secretary at Individual and Family Services, your main work tasks are to work with case management and documentation in acute matters according to the Social Services Act at Social Emergency Service South as well as to provide reinforcement to other units. A broad range of social issues are referred to Social Emergency Service, which is why you need good knowledge of other social actors' areas of responsibility in order to provide correct referrals when needed. You work independently and have a high degree of delegation.\n\nIn parallel with emergency service work, you should also actively work with operations development to drive Social Emergency Service South forward. Your tasks include keeping yourself updated on legislative changes, new recommendations and methods relevant to social emergency service work.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nYou have a degree in social work with several years of experience in social work and are experienced in exercising authority within various areas of social services. You have several years of experience with authority work in child and family matters as well as harmful use and addiction. You have good knowledge of current legislation and are accustomed to applying it in practical work. You have extensive experience and knowledge of applying coercive legislation when situations require it. Since the position also involves holding meetings and conversations with children, parents and other networks, it is important that you are responsive and have experience meeting people in crisis.\n\nYou have good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing.
