We have a major responsibility within Liding\u00f6 Municipality where we serve target groups including persons with disabilities, social psychiatry, and addiction. In addition to case managers, the work team consists of a unit manager, two assistant unit managers, and an agreements and housing coordinator. Collegial support is important to us. We strive for close collaboration across the entire unit as well as with other internal and external partners.\n\nWe work in modern facilities in the form of an activity-based office landscape in Liding\u00f6 City Hall. City Hall is located in Liding\u00f6 center with good public transport connections by bus from Ropsten. Liding\u00f6 Municipality offers the opportunity to work remotely up to two days per week if work allows.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe position involves exercising public authority within the field and primarily encompasses investigation, assessment, decision-making, and follow-up of interventions for the target group. Work is conducted according to applicable legislation within the operational area, primarily the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Care of Substance Abusers in Certain Cases (LVM).\n\nThe role demands high levels of collaboration with both internal and external service providers as well as other collaboration partners. Since the target group's needs and the operational conditions may change over time, you need to thrive in a changing environment and have a strong ability to adapt to new circumstances.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who:\n\n\u2022 Is educated as a social worker (socionom)\n\u2022 Has good knowledge of applicable legislation within the addiction field (SoL and LVM) and at least one year of experience in exercising public authority\n\u2022 Has a strong ability to think innovatively in your work with the client group\n\u2022 Has high flexibility as our work is constantly changing and is centered on the individual\n\u2022 Has a strong ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners.
