The unit is led by a unit manager with support from two team leaders and is divided into intake group, investigation group, placement group, and foster family group. We also have an administrator who is part of the unit and provides support to the social secretaries in administrative work.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nWORK DUTIES\nAs a social secretary in our placement group at the Children and Family Unit, you are responsible together with your 5 colleagues for placed children and young people, both under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act (LVU). You handle all issues that may arise in the child's life, follow up on interventions, and collaborate with the responsible foster family secretary and\/or HVB home. In your daily work you are supported by team leaders, colleagues, and the unit manager. The work aims to ensure the child has good development and a favorable school experience. The work includes regular meetings with the children, biological parents, commissioned providers, and collaboration partners.\n\nThe workplace has well-functioning and established routines and structures. The unit works continuously on development projects, including tripartite parenting, support for biological parents, placed children's health and schooling. We also have joint collaboration with the Education Administration, \"SURF\", regarding the placed children's schooling.\n\nWe offer you external supervision, professional development, and wellness activities during work hours, or alternatively a wellness allowance. You will receive an individualized introduction based on your needs. You should have good knowledge of current legislation, SoL and LVU, as well as BBIC.\n\nAs a person, we see that you are confident, stable, and have good self-insight. In your work you are relationship-building and enjoy collaboration both within your own work group and with other activities and authorities. Du hanterar alla f\u00f6rekommande fr\u00e5gor som kan uppst\u00e5 i barnets liv, f\u00f6ljer upp insatsen och samarbetar med ansvarig familjehemssekreterare och\/eller HVB-hem. I det dagliga arbetet har du st\u00f6d av teamledare, kollegor och enhetschef. Arbetet syftar till att barnet ska f\u00e5 en god utveckling och en gynnsam skolg\u00e5ng. I arbetet ing\u00e5r regelbundna tr\u00e4ffar med barnen, biologiska f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar, uppdragstagare och samverkanspartners.\n\nDet finns p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen v\u00e4l fungerande och upparbetade rutiner och strukturer.
