You will work with preliminary assessments, investigations, support, and follow-up of interventions for children, young people, and parents. We work according to BBIC (Children's Needs in Focus), which is a unified documentation system for child social services. The goal of our work is to help parents manage their relationships and parental roles better. Ultimately, we aim for children and young people in families to thrive. The team consists of 6 social workers led by a unit manager.\nYou will receive thorough onboarding through the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare's professional introduction program. You will also have opportunities for professional development and supervision. We offer flexible working hours with the possibility of some remote work and one wellness hour per week or a wellness allowance.
