The model provides continuous time for ongoing investigations and creates structure, overview and better conditions for lawful and sustainable work.\nThe unit participates in various development initiatives. We work with SSPF-teams, SAVRY, EARL and other development measures.\nWe actively work based on the Signs of Safety model combined with a network-oriented approach. This means a clear focus on collaboration with children, families and their networks as well as making both risk and protective factors visible in a structured and transparent way. We are also part of a research project, 4 days week.\nWorking with Us\nAt Children and Youth in Bergsj\u00f6n, you are offered close and accessible management through two senior social secretaries and an accessible unit manager.
