The operation is led by an area manager. Each unit consists of a unit manager and two group leaders who together support and guide two investigation groups of approximately eight social workers each. We emphasize involving and maintaining good collaboration with the child, parents, and their network. You collaborate with other colleagues within social services, schools, police, and other actors around the child.\nWe strive to meet the need for interventions in the home. There is also a clear structure in the work and well-developed procedures. In your daily work, you have support from group leaders, the unit manager, colleagues, and the area's coordinators, as well as access to external supervision.\nOur staff and managers have a strong drive to find new paths and methods in our work.
