All work is built on close collaboration with other authorities and partners. The work tasks are investigative in nature, with documentation and communication as central parts of the work. We work according to BBIC and Signs of Safety. The work involves conducting home visits with residents, and may also involve travel throughout the country.\nThe work is interesting, challenging, and multifaceted and suits you if you are stimulated by complex situations and challenges that require problem-solving and creativity.\nWhen you join us, you will receive introduction and support to grow into your role. We provide collegial support, close leadership, weekly case discussions, and external supervision. All social workers receive further training in the national Professional Development Program.
