In total, the unit consists of approximately 20 employees.\nYour New Role\nAs a social secretary, you are responsible for investigating, assessing needs, making decisions, and following up on interventions in a legally sound manner according to the Social Services Act, directed toward our seniors. With us, you work individually but also together as a team. We have close management and support from two unit managers and a mentor in the unit.\nWe work with qualified public administration where our approach is a major focus area that is important in our quality work.\nWorking with us means meeting people in their daily lives, in their homes, or in hospitals.\nWe work together on development issues as part of our work in the unit and administration.
