We collaborate with other departments within social services with a focus on preventive work and a holistic approach to the individual.\nAs one of our employees has obtained a position as a social secretary in the children and youth unit, we have a permanent position available. The person we are looking for should be flexible and have several years of experience in government administration, preferably from the areas of harmful use and addiction, social psychiatry, or LSS. You will have the opportunity to develop together with your colleagues in a dynamic and forward-thinking operation.\nThe Adult Reception and Investigation Unit is one of two units within the Department for Adult Support that is responsible for government administration. Our workplace is located in central Uddevalla with proximity to public transportation. We offer wellness benefits, remote work options, and you will receive a good introduction through a supervisor and experienced colleagues.\nWork Tasks\n\u2022 Our social secretaries work to investigate, assess, and decide on incoming applications according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities (LSS).\n\u2022 We work in the LifeCare business system.\n\u2022 We work according to the Individual's Needs in Focus (IBIC).\n\u2022 We apply trust-based leadership that gives you as an employee great freedom to structure your own work.
