You should also be updated on current regulations and values within the field.\nAuthority work involves extensive documentation, which requires good computer skills and the ability to use and benefit from various digital tools.\nIt is a merit if you have worked in Lifecare and if you have knowledge of the National Board of Health and Welfare's investigation model IBIC.\nYou also need good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.\nAs a person, you show interest and understanding for the residents you meet and work for good communication and collaboration with colleagues, family members, and other professionals.\nIn the role of social worker, you need to work independently with a good ability to organize and prioritize your work efficiently.
