To ensure quality and development, we actively work with follow-up, improvement efforts, and digitalization.\n\nHere you make a real difference\u2014every day.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nDUTIES\nWe are looking for a case officer to work with investigation and follow-up of services according to the Social Services Act (SoL) using the IBIC method. Work as a case officer with us means that you will investigate needs and make decisions on assistance and services for persons with mental disabilities and persons with comorbidity.\n\nBeyond authority administration, collaboration both internally and externally is an important part of the work. You will work closely with clients and service providers and help shape individual solutions for those with the greatest needs. The team consists of four social workers specializing in social psychiatry and five social workers specializing in addiction, two housing case officers, two development managers, and one unit manager.\n\nSeveral of our employees have long experience in the profession, which means you will have time to receive an introduction and an opportunity to grow into the job.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for you who have a degree in social work or equivalent education that the employer deems appropriate. We would like to see that you have previous experience with authority administration. Experience with the target group of persons with mental disabilities, the IBIC working method, and knowledge of the Lifecare business system are merits.\n\nAn important quality is your ability to collaborate and build good relationships both internally and with external partners.\n\nYou are curious, solution-oriented, and have a willingness to contribute to the team's development work.
