We are seeking social secretaries for the support and investigation team for ages 0-12. As a successful candidate, you will work with matters concerning children and young people at risk, those who are suffering, those who need support, and parents who need support in their parental role or in cooperation with the other parent. The role includes preventive and early interventions, investigations into individual needs according to applicable legislation, and assignment and follow-up of support and treatment measures.\n\nThe role also involves collaboration, both internally and externally. You will have close support from your manager, specialists, and other team members. We offer professional development and ongoing supervision. Your responsibilities include documentation and public authority functions according to applicable legislation, as well as conversations with children and parents. Work in Children and Families is characterized by the approaches and tools of Signs of Safety.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone with a degree in social work and good knowledge of applicable legislation. You should have professional experience in social work with children and young people. You should have strong ability to work independently in all aspects of case management and development, as well as being able to collaborate with others and build trusting relationships. Documentation and investigation are important parts of your work, and therefore you also need good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as computer skills. Since we work according to Signs of Safety, we consider it beneficial if you have knowledge and experience in this area. Du ska ha yrkeserfarenhet inom socialt arbete som avser barn och unga. Du ska ha god f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att arbeta sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt i samtliga delar som avser handl\u00e4ggning och utveckling, s\u00e5v\u00e4l som att du har l\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att samarbeta med andra och skapa f\u00f6rtroendefulla relationer.
