All based on the specific needs of the child. Together with colleagues, you will perform the work tasks that traditionally fall within child and youth investigation. You will primarily work based on the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act (LVU). You will investigate and assess cases based on risk and protective factors in accordance with the BBIC framework. You will work in a group with both junior and experienced social secretaries where we place great emphasis on providing each other with collegial support in social work. We place great value on transparency and integrity, as well as ensuring that children, youth, and their families feel involved in the investigation process.\n\nChallenges and Opportunities\nWe need your positive drive and commitment as we are on a transformation journey due to the transition to the new Social Services Act, which you will help implement. Within the unit, we actively work toward the politically set goals of reducing the number of investigation days and decreasing the number of placement days by expanding network work and reviewing various at-home solutions.\n\nWhat You Need to Bring\nRequirements\n- Social work degree (Socionomexamen)\n- You express yourself well in speech and writing\n- Knowledge of the Social Services Act, LVU, and other relevant legislation\n\nMeritorious\n- Experience in public administration within social services\n- Training in BBIC, Signs of Safety, and experience with Motivational Interviewing.\n\nFor success in the role, we see that you have a clear commitment to social work.
