Our offices are located at Ramn\u00e5sgatan 1 near Central Station and the Travel Center with beautiful Ramna Park nearby.\nTo help balance work and leisure, flexible working hours are available when work allows. This includes individual meetings, consultations with hospitals, and cooperation with other staff, family members, and external authorities.\nYou work independently but also in close cooperation with colleagues and other professionals and organizations.\nWe conduct assessments according to the IBiC model, Individual Needs in Focus.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with a degree in social work and good expertise in social work related to elderly care. Experience working in public authority operations is a merit.\nYour ability to be communicative, receptive, and solution-focused makes it easy for you to create and maintain good relationships. You consider it self-evident to collaborate and cooperate professionally with all your contacts.\nYou need to be able to independently plan, structure, prioritize, and follow up on your work.
