We strive for individuals to receive individually tailored support in planning ahead. You and your colleague will have a special focus on families with children and cases not currently active within social services.\nYour responsibilities include:\nOutreach work regarding rental debt and disturbances\/neglect.\nCoordination meetings with landlords and conversations with debt collection agencies.\nSupport individuals with rental debt, create action plans, and follow up on these.\nParticipate and support during evictions, close collaboration with the Enforcement Authority.\nCoordinate internally and externally.\nAdministration related to eviction prevention work.\nDevelop rental advice and housing guidance.\n\nYour competence and experience\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nA degree in social work or other education that we consider equivalent.\nIt is meritious if you have:\nExperience with financial assistance and eviction prevention work.\nExperience with budget and debt counseling.\nGood knowledge of social services' various areas of responsibility and societal functions such as the Enforcement Authority, debt collection agencies, and housing companies.\nExperience working in a politically governed organization.\n\nAs an employee, you are flexible, professional, stable, and well-organized. You are expected to actively participate in development work in the unit to achieve operational goals.
