You work to detect early and support people at risk of losing their housing.\nThe work includes, among other things:\nreceiving and following up on signals of eviction risk\nestablishing contact with affected persons\nproviding advice and guidance regarding housing situations\ncoordinating contacts with relevant actors\ncooperating with landlords and other partners\nworking preventively to reduce the risk of eviction and homelessness\n\nThe goal is to prevent homelessness and strengthen individuals' ability to keep their housing.\nYour profile\nWe are looking for you who are a social worker or have other education that the employer deems equivalent.\nYou are a confident and engaged person who enjoys meeting people and building trusting relationships.\nYou work independently, take initiative and see opportunities to reach people who might not otherwise seek support.\nYou are attentive and have a pedagogical approach and can explain complex information in a simple way.
