Our goal is to work closely with the individual to support them and find good and sustainable solutions for the person. We do this by utilizing the individual's own resources as well as active outward-facing collaboration with authorities, health and medical care, voluntary organizations, and treatment facilities.\nAs a new employee with us, you will have a safe and supportive start.
