You have an active and flexible assignment where you meet people in their daily lives. You follow up on welfare notifications and LVM notifications and work closely on ongoing cases where needs can change over time. The work consists largely of motivational work with people who have mental health issues, harmful substance use and addiction, as well as close collaboration with colleagues within the Social Services Department and with external partners.
