The position involves working as a social secretary with the handling and follow-up of cases, while also having special responsibility for coordinating and developing the municipality's placement work.\n\nAs a social secretary, you are responsible for investigation, assessment, decision-making, and follow-up of interventions according to applicable legislation. You meet people in different life situations and work to create sustainable change through legally secure, professional, and individually tailored social work.\n\n\nIn the role of placement coordinator, you are a support for colleagues and the organization in matters relating to external placements. You coordinate contacts with HVB, supported housing, sheltered housing, and other external service providers. You contribute to ensuring that the right intervention meets the right need by quality assuring, following up, and developing the municipality's placement work.\n\n\nYou will have a central role in working to create conditions for working locally. In your role, you will, among other things, coordinate and support placements by maintaining established contacts with care providers.
