The Committee is a government agency operating under procedures similar to the courts. The Committee's composition and organization are outlined in Chapter 9 of the Patient Safety Act (2010:659).\nSocialstyrelsen, a central government authority in the healthcare sector, among others, is the host agency for HSAN. This means Socialstyrelsen performs administrative and case handling tasks for HSAN and is responsible for matters such as personnel issues. HSAN's office is located at the Unit for Qualification 3 in the Department for Qualification and Government Grants.\nIn your role with us, you will investigate and handle cases regarding probation periods, license revocation, and limitations on prescription rights, as well as draft decision proposals in consultation with the chair\/vice chair and present cases at HSAN, and perform other tasks for the Committee. In addition, you will handle requests for public records, maintain contact with other agencies and stakeholders, and provide legal support on matters related to the agency's qualification activities. The role also includes participating in preparing official responses and participating in improvement work.\nAbout You\nThe work requires great attention to detail and the ability to organize and structure extensive material.
