Together with the child, family and their network, a security plan is developed that creates conditions for the child to be safe and secure. Based on the team's and network's different roles, close and intensive work is conducted together to build sustainable changes for the child and family.\n\nJob responsibilities\nThe Security Team is a new initiative within the social welfare department in Helsingborg. The team's mission is to work with security planning according to Signs of Safety and to conduct intensive change work together with the family and their network.\n\nThe assignment involves working with security planning and change work in our most complex cases with various specialist competencies and supporting the aspects that the family and network need. In the work there are no ready-made solutions \u2013 instead the process is developed together with the family, network and the social service's knowledge of what is needed to create sustainable safety and security for the child.\n\nSince the team is under development, you also have a unique opportunity to influence the development of your work. Two of the social workers have their primary expertise in authority work and two in family treatment.
