You also have experience working with children and young people.\nExperience from psychiatry is particularly valued. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of methods and approaches such as CBT, PBS, TBA, TMO, MI, low-arousal approaches, or ReSiMa. Experience in leading and coaching staff is also valued. You have very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good documentation experience.
