Karlshamn Rehabilitation Center consists of conversation therapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, which means opportunities to work in teams with specific expertise around patients with complex care needs. Our catchment area is patients belonging to Samaritans health center. You have the opportunity to meet your patients in person or digitally based on need.\nWe strive to maintain high availability and good quality of care. Our goal is short-term treatment over a limited period. Reasons for conversation contact within primary care may be:\n- Depression or low mood\n- Crisis\n- Stress, burnout reaction\n- Anxiety or worry\n- Grief\n- Psychosocial problems\n- Sleep problems\nGroup treatments may occur as sole therapist.\nContinuous CBT-focused supervision every 14 days by an external supervisor.\nYou will be employed at Karlshamn Rehabilitation Center, but placement at another location may occur.\nAbout You\nWe wish that you have a university education that is considered relevant in relation to the work tasks. CBT competence level 1 or other evidence-based therapeutic method with level 1 is meritorious.\nYou should be experienced with conversation therapy treatments and making your own assessments. We would like to see that you have broad professional experience, preferably with experience in somatic and\/or psychiatric care and the ability to work flexibly. The work requires that you can work independently and take your own initiatives. Previous work with similar issues is meritorious. If you have professional licensure, that is preferred.
